Absolute Beginners Series /private sessions

4 weeks to familiarize yourself/deepen your practice with Ashtanga


So you'd like to start Ashtanga but feel a bit overwhelmed by the postures you see online? Maybe you are a seasoned yogi and want a bit more insight into your own practice? We've got you covered!

In this 4 one hour private sessions series we will teach you the basics of this breathing moving practice by deconstructing the sequence into accessible chunks and give you all the options and variations you need to build a well rounded practice that suits your needs.

This private course runs every week at your chosen time and includes a $5 discount price for  Mysore classes during that time where you can put in practice what you have learnt.


Week one:

   Basics of  Sun Salutations and breathing, learning to move within the breath.

  Week 2:

   Introduction to Standing Postures

  Week 3:

    Introduction to Seated Postures

  Week 4:

   Introduction to Backbends and Closing sequence
